The wines come from a grape selection stretched between the Mediterranean and the Cévennes, in the heart of the scrubland in the Languedoc region. A Mediterranean micro-climate under Cévennes influence provides our vines with ideal conditions of expression. Extreme summer heat and sustained winter rains provide the soil with the ability to hold water in hot summers. The largely sunny end of summer favors the maturity of the grapes, which is essential for the quality of the wines.

Our team strives to offer wines focused mainly on the potential of the great Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties in red. On these extreme stony terroirs, the wines produced are aged for a minimum of 8 to 18 months before they can be appreciated.
The collaboration with Patrick Léon, Technical Director of Mouton Rothschild for 20 years, of Château Lacombe but also of Opus One in California and Almaviva in Chile and more recently of Château d'Esclans in Provence has brought us a real mine of knowledge and requirement so that we get the best of our terroir.
Good wine is the result of hard work, knowledge and risk-taking that you have to know how to judge. Patrick Léon has helped us for 10 years to structure the production strategy of our wines.
Other highly inspiring consultants come to support the team: Jean François Vrinat, oenologist, who has been with us since day one and for 10 years has brought us to wines without SO2 during fermentation. Jerome Fil helps us in the vineyard, he brought us to HVE (High Environmental Value) certification and participates in all our projects to reduce our impact.
Maurice Chassain, trained at the Institut Français du gout and expert in tasting and oenology, helps us to enrich our knowledge of tasting, blending and aging.

Stéphane Yerle is a committed expert: his training as an engineer and oenologist gives him great rigor in analysis, his international experience a great openness. But above all, as a producer with his wife at the gates of Béziers, he constantly seeks viticulture and oenology that respect the environment and people. Stéphane Yerle is a technician who has made innovation his doctrine.
