Reviews

The estate's soil, mainly composed of Oligocene limestone, broken limestone rocks and clay-limestone soils, plays an important role in the maturation of the grape berries as well as in the concentration of our wines. Cabernet Sauvignon dominates the estate, followed by Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

The freshness of the Mosson Valley favors a slow and optimal maturation of the Merlot which develops a great aromatic complexity. It is a fertile, red soil rich in calcium, iron and other minerals that nourishes the vines of Montlobre. Some plots go back to the surrounding scrubland where Merlot is the king of the Domaine.

The wines of Vignes des Deux Soleils, fruit of the friendship of two oenologists, offer a journey to the Pays d'Oc where each vintage reflects the historical terroirs of the Mediterranean scrubland. Their common passion for the vineyard and respect for the garrigue is found in each of the cuvées.

Vieilles Vignes de la Jasse

The real house wine, the first that was vinified in 1995, the one that has been passed down from generation to generation. Les Romains de Vignes des Deux Soleils 

Close your eyes and imagine: in the heart of Languedoc, the cicadas are singing, the air is warm, the sun is shining. On the white limestone rock trails, the winegrowers follow the Via Domitia: the oldest road in France traced by the Romans from 118 BC. JC. The 'red' Romans open the way to the intense freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown in the South of France.
